I do! It’s all the bookkeeping I’ve ever known and it’s all I ever want to know!
I opened my bookkeeping business in 2019 and I’ve only ever worked with e-commerce clients.
I’ve worked with all sorts of different clients in e-commerce. If you sell online, I can handle it.
If you want to learn how to do your own bookkeeping then you need to check out my shop and take your pick of the courses there. The options are growing all the time so if there isn’t something you need right now check back soon and it might just be there (or drop me an email and let me know what you’re looking for and I might be able to bump it up the list!).
You can read testimonials from my clients on my website. There’s some on the home page and some on the working with me page.
I have many! You can see them all on the about page but in short I am a level 4 qualified ICB bookkeeper with certificates in all levels of bookkeeping plus payroll, self-assessment, corporation tax, financial statements and management accounts.
Yes I am insured with QDos.
Absolutely! I’m held to very high standards with the ICB and client confidentiality is of the upmost importance to me.
Every business is unique and I price on a per transaction basis so I’d need to know the details of your business to give you an exact price, however, I can say that prices for monthly bookkeeping start from £75 a month. We go through a live pricing together so you can see exactly how much everything costs and you can add or remove services as you like.
My fees are billed monthly in advance. If you have any one off payments that need paying for such as to cover historical bookkeeping, we can discuss your options for paying this.
Yes those are in addition to the regular bookkeeping fee, however, you will clearly see the prices before committing to anything.
There are no hidden fees. We go through the pricing together so you can see exactly what the costs will be for the services you select.
There is a contract but you can give 30 days notice and it will be cancelled.
I use Karbon to automatically plan in my work for me based on your business dates. I also keep a hard copy of all my clients important dates printed out on my desk so I can always see them.
I have yet to find an error that can’t be fixed! Big or small there’s always something we can do to make it right.
Depending on the option you choose, I can update them daily (Monday to Friday), weekly or monthly.
Absolutely. We’d need to make sure you’re on the right bookkeeping software to handle it properly but other than it’s no problem at all.
If you’re a VAT registered seller then I can review and submit your VAT returns for you if I am doing your bookkeeping on a regular basis.
There’s a few things I’ll need for regular bookkeeping: I’ll need copies of your receipts (otherwise I don’t know what you’ve bought for your business). Every 3 months I’ll need to know the balance in your bank accounts so I can check your accounts in your bookkeeping software are correct. If you’re VAT registered, I’ll need you to confirm the VAT return is correct before I submit it. That’s pretty much it.
Absolutely! Though sometimes it might be easier to start over with a clean set of accounts and go from there. Either way, we can definitely sort it out.
Yes I work with all of those. We set them up in your bookkeeping software so they all show independently.
That’s not a problem at all. I’ll set up different accounts in your bookkeeping software to track the sales and fees from each platform.
That’s not a problem. Let me know who you’re moving to and we can get it set up in your bookkeeping software.
Unfortunately I don’t offer that service. In order to give the best service to my clients I need to have a full view of their accounts throughout the year.
Yes all the courses and items in the shop are only for UK businesses.
Each individual training course will specify on it what platforms it is suitable for.
You can always email me or drop me a message on one of my social media channels and I’ll help as best as I can.
You will have access to the courses for as long as my business is running and I plan on running it until I’m blowing in the wind one day hopefully very far in the future!
Yes they are but if you do spot something that has changed please let me know!
The courses are designed for e-commerce businesses but some of them might work for other businesses too.
Each course will state on the page exactly what is included with it.
Some courses do come with a certificate (like the Conquer Your Cash Flow course), but others do not. If you are interested in knowing if a particular course comes with a certificate please drop me an email and I can let you know.
